New Working Practices for a New World

A Team Workshop to Review and Re-align Working Practices to Develop Effective Team Performance

The world has changed radically in the last 10 years but working practices often date back to the Nineteenth Century. Globalisation, social and technical change are placing demands on people to be on call 24/7, particularly when working within international time zones.

Positiveworks have worked in the area of personal and team performance for 12 years and clients report that feeling stretched, out of balance or exhausted affects productivity as individuals become aggressive, communicate ineffectively, make mistakes and bad decisions, and become sick.

This is not a 'soft' issue; it is about adjusting working habits to support the needs of today's workforce and ensure optimum performance.

We provide a focused programme to sharpen and align managerial and team practices to achieve energy, performance and productivity within the timeframes of demanding roles.

This programme enables delegates to:

  • Align working practices to today's business demands
  • Identify behaviours and actions that support high performance
  • Understand how to think and communicate clearly and creatively
  • Focus on what matters most at work and in personal life
  • Commit to personal and team actions

This programme can be run as a one day workshop or in three x 2 hour modules. These sessions can be run early morning, lunchtime or late afternoon to fit in with busy schedules.

The interactive sessions will focus on the current and desired working practices within the team applied to the context of business initiatives and objectives. The group will have the opportunity to develop personal and team goals and learn some tips and techniques.
