Work-Life Balance - re-aligning working practices to today's world

The demands of working in a 24/7 global economy put greater pressures on people. To achieve creativity and clarity of thinking in this environment human beings need to re-evaluate how they work.

There is both a business case and a human case for developing new working practices that support quality of work performance and quality of life. This is not a soft issue; feeling out of balance affects productivity.

Positiveworks help clients to put work-life policies into practice. As specialists in behaviour change we have solutions for individuals, managers and teams to enable them to work more effectively and creatively, building an environment that supports the needs of today's workforce to ensure optimum performance.

The Work-Life Balance Trust will not be holding further Work-Life Balance Conferences. The Trust has achieved its original aims of putting work-life balance on the agenda of government and business. Helen Whitten and colleagues will be available to offer advice, consultancy, training and coaching to organisations and individuals needing to address work-life balance issues. Do contact helen@positiveworks.com for any information on work-life balance.
