Often people do not share their real feelings within a group - they bite their tongue rather than say when they disagree with their boss or colleague. When Positiveworks coach a team we focus on the positives and on helping the individuals within the team to recognise and value their diverse strengths and talents so as to work more effectively together towards agreed outcomes. With an emphasis on creativity, solutions and actions a coaching programme of 1-3 team sessions increases both understanding and performance.
