Case Study 1:

Client: Technology within banking sector

Project: A group who had recently merged and were suffering from change-fatigue. A 10 week programme of the Personal Leadership Strategies delivered in half-day sessions every fortnight.

Results: Greater integration of the team resulting in higher morale and motivation. Personal results were identified in the ability to manage stress, feel more positive, live a more balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Project: Development of Senior Executive in strategic marketing position, developing global solutions for major corporate clients.

Results: An immediate difference in the stature and ability of this executive to manage his performance, focus on key priority areas of his work and to communicate more effectively with his team. A continuous and supportive review system was put in place to ensure sustainability.

Case Study 5

Client: PR Company

Project: To coach the Managing Director in the management of stress. He had been suffering from insomnia, was under pressure of targets and deadlines, working 18-hour days and was putting pressure on his staff.

Results: An immediate improvement in health, wellbeing and performance. Health improved and insomnia levels were stabilized. The ability to manage working hours, a healthy diet, time and workload.

Comments: His team noticed an immediate improvement in his communication style. He became more enabling and responsive to their needs. Whereas previously there had been a strict "9-5" culture within his employees, they became more enthusiastic and motivated and were happy to work late when he needed them to. He reported a general improvement in working performance within the whole group.


Case Study 6

Client: Financial

Project: To remedy communication conflict within a Management team

Results: Individuals were able to express feelings about the present situation and create the vision, values and boundaries for working together more constructively in the future. An action plan was developed detailing supporting actions and behaviours to be taken.

Comments: 'Thanks is all I can say - it has changed the way I look at me and my life. A catalytic experience. Difficult subjects were raised in such a positive environment that we did not notice we were discussing them. The team are now working from a completely different playing field: a huge improvement. If every department were to do this there would be a very quick culture change.'


Case Study 7

Client: National Health Trust, UK

Project: Strategic workshop for Senior Corporate team to consolidate the team during restructure.

Results: The objectives were met and the team set in motion a step-change to develop a more creative and open environment, improving communication between the corporate team and clinicians.

Comments: A positive and enjoyable environment was created in which our team made Agreements and Strategies for the future.
