Helen Whitten gave a talk on ‘Managing Stress is a Strategic Issue’ to the London HR Connection at The Energy Clinic on 9th January.  The talk  covered three main points:

  2. That the stress response makes us both stupid and sick and is therefore not good for business
  3. That managers and HR can do something about it - by giving people skills and support to develop resilience and manage work+life.
